​The S.T.A.R.T. Refresher Course is a 4-hour training experience designed for previously trained drivers to sharpen their threat response skills and reinforce key learning objectives from S.T.A.R.T. 1.0. This in-person, scenario-based refresher goes beyond the basics, expanding on crisis response, de-escalation techniques, and hands-on training to strengthen real-world preparedness.
